How to reapir a Flute.
A COA typically involves complete disassembly of the instrument, including disassembly of the key mechanism itself. The body is cleaned, the mechanism is hand cleaned and new oil applied.
The headjoint cork is replaced unless otherwise specified.
All pads, key felts/corks are assessed for wear and replaced if needed.*
All pads are shimmed as needed and the flute is extensively play tested.
* Replacement of pads is an additional charge.
